FBI-profiler Eva Rae Thomas faces a devious plan in best-selling author Willow Rose's blood-rushing thriller of murder and revenge. But Eva Rae Thomas isn't someone who can leave a case alone, especially not when she starts to ask questions and things aren't adding up. As she digs in deeper - with the entire world watching - she soon finds herself in too deep and realizes she can't trust anyone's motives. A girl falls to her death from a penthouse apartment. Eva Rae must determine whether she fell or was pushed. There was a third person in the apartment but Eva is not sure if she can trust her testimony.
The book deals with sexual harassment in the workplace. The girl who died had been victimised by her boss. His murder trial brings together other women that he had exploited in the past and they tell their stories as well. That part wasn't pleasant reading.
Overall it was an ok read.
