1380 Why Not the Best? by Jimmy Carter (read 18 Jan 1976) It has been a long time since I read a campaign biography--maybe I have never read one before I read this one. He is definitely my generation, and although his boyhood was much different from mine because a farm in Georgia is awfully different from a farm in Iowa, I thought his boyhood account rather interesting.
