I definitely found this a mesmerizing page turner and may indeed on the top ten list of books that changed and defined my life. I am looking forward to reading more of her works.. This author has a way with descriptive narrative that really endears me to her writing. Very very glad I found her!!
A very good book about Daniel Monroe, Lenore and their son, Scott. Daniel and Lenore aren't married and everything comes to a head one evening when Lenore asks Daniel to marry her. He doesn't really answer so Lenore and Scott separate from Daniel and start a new life in Seattle. Daniel's career as an actor finally takes off and he has real success but he misses Scott and Lenore very much. Life happens and both the good and the bad happens to all three. Lenore finds good people to help her and also accepts Christ as her savior, which makes all the difference in the world. But can Daniel find her in later years and ask for forgiveness?
A story that felt very real. The characters stayed with me, even when I closed the book.
