Briar "Buggy" Pierce has been having terrible nightmares about in which she dies in different violent ways. Things only get worse for Buggy after she is kidnapped by two men. One man is her birth father and the other is a psychic who. claims they are here to help her. But someone else is hunting her. Can they help her before it is too late.

I found the beginning of this book to be very slow and the end to be very rushed. It took a long time to build to the main plot and once it did, I felt like it could have been fleshed out more. Everything felt too convenient. It does end on a bit of cliffhanger, but nothing too big. Overall I enjoyed this book

The first half of this book was painfully slow. Lots of repetitive information and commentary, very little actually happens. The second half of the book is a fast paced engaging thriller that had me reading non-stop! If the entirety of the book had been written as well as part 4 this would be on my favorites list. As is, it's a great story with not so great execution.
Buggy is in her early twenties, painfully OCD, unsure what she's doing with her life, and struggling with a crushing emptiness in herself. In comes her birth father, empath psychic, and a woman whose entire life purpose is to kill Buggy.

This book was ok. The author could have done a better job at creating the plot because the beginning was super slow but it felt like the ending was super rushed when if it was slowed down more detail could have been added as to not leave the reader with questions.

I received this book free for an honest review. I found it slow in the beginning. Interesting in the middle but not enough to finish.

J'ai adoré. Du suspense, une écriture avec un tas de détails qui rendent les personnages réels même si l'histoire relève du fantastique, ce livre a tout pour me plaire.

I loved it. Suspenseful, written with lots of details that make the characters real even though the story is fantasy, this book had everything I needed to enjoy it.
