Minor stories for minor characters in a minor superhero universe.

Kelly Thompson does well enough giving Skulldigger a Catwoman/Black Cat femme fatale, but the rest is rather ordinary with Lovecraftian satire staring couch potato Cthu-Lou, some metafiction gibberish with rainbow villain Ms. Moonbeam, and a bland origin for the Western spirit of vengeance, Horseless Rider.
