An enjoyable continuation from volume 1, though volume 2 is largely infodumpy. If you really want some well-drawn fantasy m/m porn with size difference and furries, this is probably for you. It's still not my favorite isekai, but it's enjoyable for what it is. Also, the Seven Seas version is apparently uncensored, unlike the other English publications of the series, so I'd suggest that one. The volumes themselves are large, and the covers are very nice.

I still like the cast by and large: Kouichi and Caius are fun, and Baro is interesting. The writing at times is still a bit iffy, with a focus on getting the characters to the sex scenes more than having any real flow, so you're left with a story that's mostly quick, tropey cuts between make-outs. It's still mostly porn, so that makes sense, though again, there is also just better written m/m porn out there. It's very cliche, and that's not necessarily a bad thing, particularly if all you want is the porn. It does leave some of the side-characters very one-off and uninteresting.

It still makes me think of m/m Foreigner by C.J. Cherryh fanfiction, which isn't bad or anything, it's just kind of funny. If you know that series at all and wanted m/m of that, this still might be for you?

If you're looking for better boy's love isekai, I'd recommend The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. It's quite good (and far better written). It handles a lot of the same tropes, and Seven Seas also published all four volumes of it in English (and as an ebook). ( )

Caius saves Kouichi from the poisonous Karina fruit, with unwilling help from Baro. Upon returning to Tildant, they discover Baro has stowed away! Kouichi convinces Caius to give him refuge since he would die for his failure back home. An unlikely friendship starts to blossom. But, Kouichi is struggling with worry over might be happening on Earth: have they reported him missing? Are his friends worried? Kouichi has fallen for Caius, but how can he stay?

This volume has more explicit sex, more flowery protestations of love from Caius and a wee bit of world building. It's just smut, with a teensy bit of plot. And that is enough sometimes :) ( )
