This was a great book and kept me guessing to the end. A small school bus disappears into thin air or so it seems. Several people had seen the bus shortly before it disappeared, so they can almost pinpoint where it disappeared. They have a small area to search, but it seems to have vanished. A ransom demand is issued and the people of the town seem to think that bus driver is behind the kidnapping of the children, but things aren't as they seem.
