Oda concentrates in this Volume on the fight between the Straw Hats and the Cipher Pol 9 as some of them ended and some of them are about to start. Comic reliefs are all over the whole thing, and despite having a chuckle or two, I thought the tone -at this stage of events- wasn't quite right.

The title of this volume pretty much says it all, Pirates vs CP9. And Spandam really is a piece of shit. Chapters 400-409.
