A very cute story with a good lesson about patience. I am quite impatient myself, so I definitely see the value in this tale. ALSO, the illustrations are gorgeous.

This is the second book in the series, and it is adorable. Sloths are exactly how you expect them to be… slow. And our little girl, Sasha Patient Pruitt is fast. She wants to go swimming, but she hast to wait for Mr. Sloth, which means she hat to find her patience. She also learned that sometimes the wait is worth the reward. This book is just all lovey-dovey and gives a warm smiley feeling to the reader. I love these two characters and can’t wait to go on anymore adventures with him. ( )

Waiting on Mr. Sloth

This is a delightful children's story about a little girl named Sasha and her best friend named Mr. Sloth. It's hot and Sasha is excited about going to the beach and having a swim but Mr. Sloth is so slow. She gets impatient with him. But she doesn't think about him getting impatient with her. They ended up compromising and had lots of fun. Told without judgement, this is a sweet friendship story.
The artwork is so beautiful and matches the feel of the story! Adorable and charming! Kid's will want to hear this one frequently and parents won't mind reading it at all!
I want to thank the publisher and NetGalley for letting me read this story! ( )
