The story here is primarily about pollution, but is nevertheless a cleverly told tale chuck full of hilarity and salient points, and introduces Spiro Agnew in the guise (fittingly so) of a hyena. Also is where one of Kelly's most famous quotes can be found: "We have met the enemy and he is us!" ( )
