Listening to this/rereading it, this book feels jam packed. SO many things happened. I feel like this could have been spread over multiple books & still had a lasting impact.

The audio hits harder emotionally. The suriel? Hybern? Their dad? Rhys? Gutted. Even the bone carver!! Ugh the voices make it incredibly real.

The ending still got me. I cried. I love the world building in this one!!
