This is a great story about children and what they are thankful for in their lives. This story is great to read around thanksgiving time. Children can relate to the things that the children in the story are thankful for. The images in the story are full of fall colors and children can get a good feel for what fall looks like. The story covers several different things that children may be thankful for and in the end of the book there is a page where children can write what they are thankful for. This is a great book to teach children thankfulness.

Thanksgiving is so eminently reclaimable, let's STFU about pilgrims and reclaim it, it's not Columbus Day.
