A sweet, strange, silly short picture book. ( )

Summary: One night a homeless mouse find his way into a family's home. It was a peaceful home. Though that all changed when the mouse started to snore. His snores were roars and with each snore it go louder. The family find the mouse and rather then kicking him out they decide to invite him to stay. His story wowed them that they couldn't do that to him. But what happens next, well you have to read and find out for yourselves.
Review: Love the ryming that the author uses and the way he expresses each character thorugh out the book.

This is a good book for first and second graders to read. The house where the man, his wife, cat, and parrot all live is always extremely quiet. However, when a cold, homeless, wet mouse comes in one night, he falls asleep in the pantry and makes a great ruckus. He snores so loud, the whole house quakes and everyone awakes. They find him in the pantry and he explains himself. They let him stay and teach him how to be quiet like a mouse should be, except when he sleeps, when everyone wears earplugs to block his unbearable snores.

This is a very good book for introducing acceptance of differences in people. This book is about a quite little home that is suddenly interrupted by a little mouse that snores. The little mouse came in from a storm and was tired and hungry. So he helped himself to the pantry and quickly fell to sleep. The family came down to see what the ruckus was; to their amazement it was a tinny little mouse. After he told them his story they accepted him and let him stay and become part of the family.
