An interesting collection of short Sci-Fi works as well as a Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser story. There are several interesting pieces by Leiber about writing in general, the origins of Fafhrd and the Mouser, and some commentary on the state of speculative fiction in the early to mid 1900s.
There is a list of works and authors in the last section of the book that is a solid list of Sci-Fi works that should be read. I need to go back, write them down and make sure that I make a point of acquiring and reading them.
