Thrilling page turner but well backed by factual detail. Read just before April 1865 and there are similarities in the ending of wars. Seems Napoleon just lost the will, but then got it back the next year on Elba. the contrast between N the near insuperable fighter who'd never lost a battle and T who never committed himself to any statement but got what he wanted by subtlety and the long game.
