I received a copy to review from the publisher. OK, if you're not a HUGE fan of found-footage, you're probably not going to like this. It's rather disjointed, and I have absolutely no clue what was happening in the majority of it. Even after finishing it, I'm at a loss to describe it other than as bits of 3rd part omniscient (for that character, but no other), bits of "notes to self", and bits of... "huh?"
And now I realize this is actually a sequel, and I haven't read the first book yet. I'm going to strongly recommend AGAINST doing that. I'm hoping that once I read the first book, I'll retroactively enjoy this one. If so, I'll change my rating. Otherwise...
