This book is a set of short stories written for the Changeling: the Dreaming roleplaying game setting.

Some of the stories stand well on their own. A few seem only tangentially related to the setting they were written for.

I enjoyed a few of the stories, and none of them were particularly bad, but for some reason I just couldn't get into alot of them. The only reason I can think of is that alot of the stories seemed written from an outsider's perspective and just didn't speak to me of the rich setting I'd gotten to know from so many other sources.

I'm not saying they were bad or anything, other fans may find them a treasure trove of inspiration, but they just weren't for me I guess.

This an anthology for White Wolf's World of Darkness; Changling the Dreaming. There are many stories to give different ideas on how the world of the Fae is trying to coexist here in the 'real' world. ( )

This anthology of short stories is set in White-Wolf's World of Darkness. The main characters of this anthology are changelings, half human and half fae creatures, who struggle to survive in a world of disbelief and banality.

There are a few noteworthy stories in this anthology - namely Jackie Cassada's "Birthdays", Lois Tilton's "Web of Black Metal", Rick Hautala's "The Gates of Dawn", Christopher Kubasik's "Dreaming Eyes of Wonder", and Kevin Andrew Murphy's "Sealskin". ( )
