The conclusion of the main part of the Civil War storyline. Multiple subplots here, but the main one is the pursuit by Ben Urich and Sally Floyd of the actual hidden truth behind the whole Civil War scenario. When the truth is revealed at the end of the book, it does hit the reader's psyche as a gamble of truly historic proportions, but one is left wondering if the architect of the scheme was taking too great a risk for what was eventually achieved. Still, a compelling and well-plotted ending to a monumental story that caused a tectonic shift in the Marvel Universe, although the intermittent flashbacks to conflicts of an earlier age are more of a distraction than anything else.
This is hard. I applaud this series for doing some more in depth writing on some difficult subjects, and for trying to make sense of a plot that makes no sense. That being said, some of the arguments made here are not great...or are they just there to make us think? I'm not sure, but there are scenes here that really rub me the wrong way.
"En la precisa medianoche del dÃa de la Aprobación del Acta, unos pocos ciudadanos de Nueva York, yo incluido, fueron testigos del primer acto de la Guerra Civil que estaba por venir."

Looks like my review got deleted or I forgot to write one. Frontline are usually my favorites of the "events" series. This one was no exception.
