Vegan Air Fryer Cookbook: 50 Quick and Easy Plant-Based Air Fryer Recipes

I'm another person who has an air fryer and isn't quite sure what to make with it, so I loved this cookbook. I got some great new ideas (Oatmeal cookies! Wow!) and I started thinking outside the box of just frying potato wedges. I don't follow a Vegan diet but I do love the healthful recipes in this book. Some of them are out of my league (try finding lentils in a small town in Iowa) but there are enough recipes with common ingredients that are easy to make.

This cookbook provides an introduction to the basics of using an air fryer and on veganism. Some of the recipes include cheese, which is not on a vegan diet. There are a few typos but it has great content. I look forward to trying out some of the recipes. The pictures and directions are very helpful.

This is a great cookbook. It has beautiful color pictures and 50+ delicious air fryer recipes. It has a section on Air Frying which explains a brief history of the Air Fryer and how it works. if then goes into what you can cook and how you can cook Frozen Foods and how to roast vegetables and also how to bake. Last but not least, it tells you how to clean your air fryer and how to maintain your air fryer. It also gives you Breakfast, Lunches and Dinner recipes. Also gives you sides, snacks and desserts. As you can see this book gives you everything you need in order to use your air fryer for everyday use.

does everything HAVE to have kale, avocado, onion (which makes me sick) or mushrooms (which make me DIE)?
