Ein bizarrer Mix aus Supernatural-, Sci-Fi- und Creature-Horror, der vor allem mit seiner düsteren Atmosphäre und einigen blutigen Szenen punktet. Die Geschichte wirft einen direkt in ein unangenehmes, verstörendes Setting und liefert definitiv genug Horror-Unterhaltung für Fans von grotesken Kreaturen.
Leider hält die Story nicht ganz, was die Atmosphäre verspricht. Während der Action- und Horror-Anteil absolut liefert, bleibt die Logik auf der Strecke und viele Fragen unbeantwortet.
Gute Popcorn-Unterhaltung für Gorehounds. Erzählerisch ist noch Luft nach oben.
