A better illustrator could have made the Aliens and Predators so much more menacing and threatening to our favorite heroes, which could have slightly saved the book. Imagine Saturday morning cartoon versions of Aliens and Predators fighting some of the most poorly written Batman and Superman characters ever, in a lackluster story that would be better served with fill-in-the-blank panels and speech bubbles. A guilty pleasure, as Batman and Superman try to deal with an ancient isolated tribe of Predators and the Aliens they ritually hunt. Interesting story, with the usual conflicts between the two heroes (Lois Lane is embroiled in things too), but somewhat muddy artwork that seems to be a hallmark of DC's entire run of Alien/Predator stories. no reviews | add a review
