I was raised in Siddah Yoga and lived at the Shree Muktananda Ashram when I was a baby. This book contains the texts and mantras that we used every day. I love this book because it represents my youth and upbringing. I still wear the necklace that I was given by Gurumayi Chidvilasananda. I have had it since I was a child - I just put it on a new chain when the old one breaks. Just like the necklace, this book represents that connection. ( )
