This is an easy introduction to cooking vegan food. The author has young children, so often includes suggestions for making food kids will eat, which many parents will appreciate. She does not use esoteric or hard-to-find ingredients, and most recipes are not overly complicated. I use this book (and her others) all the time, as it is a reliable source of recipes.
