It's the kind of book that I know some how exists but it doesn't really until I read it. Everything about this was horrifying and really reaffirmed my opposition to the death penalty. There is nothing worth saving in this country if we can't get rid of this. Terrifying. Had nightmares for days. Taking hours to die a slow and torturous death as their lungs filled with fluid and their veins dissolved in liquid fire. Who wouldn't take electrocution over this? Unbelievable what nightmare the Supreme Court has trapped these people in, it's really an unthinkable, grotesque catch-22 where they can only be executed by a different method if they prove lethal injection is torture, but they can't prove that lethal injection is torture because they show more have hidden all data related to it behind secrecy laws because what if the public found out that people on parole who have never even taken a CPR class are executing people for the Federal Government?

The death penalty must be abolished. Horrific. I wish I could go to law school.
