I'm seriously surprised Dorian didn't figure things out - though admittedly, he wasn't really thinking clearly the whole time. I don't know who else at Spellbound figured it out, but they must have, right? Way too similar to Ozen and Maverick - less so to Taron, he had different problems. And nice that Kian didn't just settle in at Spellbound, after establishing that wasn't his thing (working one job long term). Neat answer on that - and it ties Spellbound and Charmed Away closer together. The actual relationship was - I don't know. They sort of took turns panicking over each other - physical and other ailments. Lots and lots of sex scenes - part of a vampire's feeding. I didn't feel I knew either Kian or Dorian very well by the end of show more the book - nice people, yay together, but that's about how deep my understanding went. I liked Kian's parents, and rather disliked Dr Chapman - was he just trying to keep from blurting it out, when he went cold on Kian? Honestly, he'd have done better not to change his attitude, if that was the plan. One more book planned in the series, looking forward to it. show less
