Genevieve travels to the Klondike region to marry Joshua, an friend she hasn't seen for years. But he's away, panning for gold, so his Mountie friend, Luke is the proxy….but not quite. The judge keels over just after the ceremony and Luke's name is on the marriage license. And now they're in quarantine for measles - or is it really a murderer on the loose?
Girl accidentally marries proxy, wedding party quarantined, mounty solves murder. I couldn't figure out why there was a wedding with the proxy in the first place, and the murder mystery was a little dull. But nice to see a Canadian setting.
