The first thing you should know is that the book does not end here… is one of those that drops a bomb at the end, and you have to wait for the second book to know how it goes… As the following book is already out and about, that’s not too much of a drawback, if you enjoyed this one is actually a plus…
About the story, I found it quick paced and engaging from the start, which is always one of the best qualities in a book. The setting is the glamour of the rich and famous in Hollywood, I liked it, makes you dream of the stardom…
I usually don’t like stories that come with this much sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll (should I had alcoholism as well?) but being the book mainly about a ‘maudit’ rock star, I guess here it came with show more the territory and it didn’t bother me so much.
Towards the end you want to kill the heroine, just because she’s too dumb!!! show less
