Harry Crisp and Amy de Lacy. Amy wants to restore her family's fortunes by marrying money, but feels guilty about being a fortune hunter. She meets Harry and they fall for each other. She feels obligated to her family to marry LOTS of money and turns him down but true love wins out. Nicely told and plotted. Pretty much everyone lives happily ever after. As they ought.
