This is a really sweet book explaining the love that a parent has for a child. I think that it would be a great book for a preschooler or a new reading kindergarten student because the pictures can help with the story. I really love this book, and I think kids will too. ( )

At last, here is a book that glimpses the depth of love between a parent and child. The parent is the peaceful center of security who delights in the adventurous child, for whom everything is new. This beautiful bedtime poem is told from the perspective of the parent to a child, cherishing the different roles the two play in their relationship. I would recommend this book to anyone with a young child. ( )
