Awww, Shadowrun. For some reason it just pulls at me. Science fiction and fantasy combined into some gritty, cyberpunk world. It sounds cool in concept, but often not in reality.
This novel is not good. Poor characterization? Silly plot? Boring descriptions? Keeps dragging on? All of it. But for some reason when I get far enough into a book, I just want to finish it. I've read some decent Shadowrun, but this is not one of them.
