A Fist in the Hornet's Nest: On the Ground in Baghdad Before, During & After the War

I really like Richard Engle's reporting from the front in Iraq, and saw an interview for his new book, "War Journal, My Five Years in Iraq". Since it has not yet been released in a Kindle version, I bought this book. I read it in 2 days as I could not put it down. It shows the country in the pre-war time and during the war. I highly recomend this book for a personal, first hand view of the real Iraq.

Good read about the Iraq Gulf War II from the perspective of a journalist who was there. Covers a brief picture of his career beforehand, preparations before the war, circumstances during and an overview of after. A good read both from an entertainment and learning perspective.

About the Iraq war. He was in Bagdad through the beginning of the war and this gives his account. Interesting read.
