Wow. These people weren't just into raising spirits and becoming more than human through Magic. They were nuts! ( )

An unsentimental history of the Golden Dawn, a magical order of the late 19th and early 20th Centuries, from its early beginnings through the height of its influence and eventual decline and disbanding. With an all-star cast of occultists and in-fighting that wouldn't be out of place in a modern reality show. An interesting slice of history, well written. ( )
