I read this book looking for some inspiration but sadly I feel it left me short. The stories were consistent but none of them really inspired me. I've spent some time being politically active not as much as some but I'm no novice, and maybe that's why this book left me feeling unfulfilled. I just kept expecting more and Soul of a Citizen kept letting me down. Good book for those looking to get started politically but not so good for those already active or active in the past.
I read this book about ten years ago and it continues to stay with me.
