This funny book is engaging as a read-aloud. The kids I read it to really enjoyed it. You can teach predictions and sequence of events by doing a mystery in the bag lesson before and then sequencing out the artifacts after the story has been read. ( )

This is a great book for a read aloud. Young students really enjoy the humor.
