Just another Easy Reader. Described as 'loopy & weird' and I agree. There's a certain charm, but nothing special. Of the three I picked up, I have to take a star away from this. Two of the characters are Holsteins, but instead of being white w/black splotches, they're gray. Grr.. ( )

While Minnie is sleeping, she has a bad dream that wakes up Moo. They fall out of bed and realize their bed is rolling down a hill. They quickly jump on the bed as it is rolling through the barn, capturing some of their friends. They find themselves in town on Halloween night. Minnie explains herself to them and they come up with the only possible way to get rid of bad dreams, candy. Together they go trick or treating door to door, maybe having a few too many tricks! They return to the farm and Minnie falls asleep. In this fun book, students will have a laugh while learning the importance of working together and friendship. Throughout Minnie's story, children will be able to see that bad dreams are all make believe and can go away. ( )
