The only thing saving me right now from going and making several batches of fudge (which I shouldn't eat) is the fact that it is very hot and humid right now.
Having said that, I wish I could save the space on the shelf that is taken by all the recipes that call for Jello, pudding mix, chips of various sorts (as major ingredients), frosting mix...
Still, this is the first candy book I have read that gives me the feeling that I could really do this. Hmmm. Once it gets cooler, who can I get to eat the candy if I make it?

Well, I never did try it, and we are both diabetic now, so I'm discarding it. 2017
