Dit vond ik een heel mooi boek om te lezen. Het verteld namelijk het verhaal van Ida zelf. Ida is een Jodin in de tweede wereldoorlog en ze verteld wat ze heeft meegemaakt en ervaren. Dit gebeurd in korte maar doeltreffende hoofdstukken.
Het taalgebruik is niet moeilijk en het leest makkelijk weg. Voor groep 7 is het verhaal misschien net te heftig maar door groep 8 kan dit boek zeker gelezen worden. Het is ook meer voor deze groep geschreven denk ik, gezien de thematiek. ( )
