So far, I've tried out the traditional Pork in Red Sauce Tamales. My boyfriend needs to show me how to wrap these things. But WOOHOO!!! That sauce recipe was BADASS. 8)~
I've given it a "4" because I've only tried one recipe so far. I will certainly up the rating to "5" if, when I try out the other variations, I get the same consistent results. Great pics, clearly written, and.. yes, you need at least a couple people to make these. Delicious!
Can't wait to give tamale making a try and use some of these recipes.
