What a treat to be a fly on the wall while Jose Donoso chats about his friends and colleagues - Gabriel Garcia Márquez, Carlos Fuentes, Julio Cortázar, Mario Vargas Llosa, Octavio Paz, and Jorge Luis Borges - and the Latin American Literature 'Boom'. A thoroughly enjoyable book. ( )
