3 novels featuring Rebus, the down and out workaholic Detective Inspector, who by insisting on truth and justice, gets in trouble more often than not with his superiors, and with the bad guys. Just completed the last novel of this collection, The Hanging Garden: Rebus investigates the escalation of turf wars, tries to aid a depressed prostitute, and needs to deal with a personal tragedy that may challenge his integrity. Lots of drama and excitement.
