This is a lift the flap book, the pictures behind the flaps are very predictable but they still create an interactive read. The pictures are wonderful and the book talks about everything mommy’s do for their children. They illustrations are really great because the mommy’s and children pictured are multicultural. The pictures take up most of the page but when there is text, it is written on white space. The simple sentence structure gives this book a nice, easy flow. I would recommend this book to parents who have young children and are expecting another child because the moral of the story is that “moms take care of everyone”. ( ) no reviews | add a review
