I have so many of Alexandra Stoddard's books they almost take up a full shelf in my library. Her outlook on life is fantastic. This book is kind of a departure because she is talking about the details of decorating rather than mixing it in with her gracenotes. I learned alot about different floors and furniture. The only thing I cannot understand is her insistence on white walls and curtains. Too sterile for me!
