I absolutely love Henry and Mudge! These classic characters never get old! In this edition, Henry and Mudge make Christmas cookies for their relatives, go caroling, play with neighbors, celebrate Christmas with family and eat lots of food. After all the wonderful Christmas activities and presents, Henry tells Mudge he's still the best present of all :)
I just love this series, even though I can't imagine every sharing my home with a huge slobbery dog.
Henry and Mudge and a Very Merry Christmas (Henry & Mudge) by Cynthia Rylant (2004-10-01) Christmas at Henry and Mudge's house means cookies and carols and presents, and the whole family gathering for a delicious breakfast (with lots of food falling on the floor for Mudge). It may just be the best Christmas ever -- but Henry's favorite present is the big, lovable dog he's had all along. (amazon)
