I found it esp. helpful during my difficult time. The five steps that the author talks about are to the point. I think everyone who has been through something whther it be the death of a loved one, divorce,or serious injury should read this book. The author relateshis own experience with trgedy when he lost his leg in a landmine accident in 1984.He shares his experience and how he got through it as well as the five steps of which we can go through in no particular order. 1. face the facts. 2.
