I Know a Rhino

A young girl details the activities that she likes to do with various zoo animals that live with her-bubble baths with giraffes, picnic with a bear, etc. At the end, the reader discovers that these are her stuffed animals. I like this book because of its cute ending and the power of the girl's imagination. This would be a book suitable for grades PreK-2, and could be used to talk about imagination and being creative.

This has been a favorite of all my kids, they love the "surprise" ending and the wonderful animals. My 2 year old is asserting that the little girl in the book is her and she loves it!

This is a very good rhyming picture book for young elementary aged students. The rhyming in the book is just fascinating and the pictures to go along with it are even better. Overall this is a great book for young students that is sure to get a good laugh out of them.

This is a cute book with great illustrations and silly story about all the goofy animals the little girl knows and tells us about. It has a rhyming feel that flows through each page.
This colorful book can be used with 3-6 year olds. Children can help predict what the little girl is going to do next with her animals!

This book is an easier read so I would read it to kindergartners or first graders to give them an idea what poetry is at an early age. for every animal there is at least one rhyme relating to them and it is also a silly book which is enjoyable
