Sindbad went dangerous voyage for seven times and he always came back with success. He met giant men, snakes and birds, etc. The patterns of each voyage are similar and it's a little boring. But its scale is spectacular.
Sindbad's voyages were very interesting for me. He found a lot of diamonds, and became a rich man in "second voyage". But all of his vayages are dangerous and thrilling. Especially in his third voyage, sindbad was almost eaten by the giant.
I enjoyed reading this book, so I recommend it.

Pauline Francis is particularly intrigued by the 16th century. "The more I learn about it, the more it fascinates me." Pauline admits to a lifelong fascination with Lady Jane Grey and found it frustrating that "she was always just a line in a history book". As she says, "I wrote Raven Queen to try to get to know her better". With 20 years of show more experience as a Secondary school teacher and trained librarian, Pauline has a passion for teaching and encouraging creative writing. Pauline had her first book published in 1994, and has had several books published since, including a number of retellings of well-known classics. Author location: Hertfordshire show less
