Danger Down Under is a book that I read when I was roughly twelve years old. Finding a copy was a bit tricky, but thanks to Amazon, I was able to find it.

I only just discovered that this book, written by Cindy Savage, was published on my birthday.

I wouldn't recommend this book for anyone over the age of seventeen. I enjoyed it when I was twelve and only read it twenty-four years later simply out of nostalgia. I will recommend this book for those who are ten to seventeen. It is a quick and fun adventure, taking the reader to the Australian outback. It is told through the eyes of Dusty, a fifteen year old from New York. Meeting her pen pal Mick for the first time proved to me more than she could imagine. ( )
