Book review by Annie B., posted by CA Library:

"How I Fell in love and learned how to shoot free throws. By Ripslinger, Jon. is an interesting book. Its narrative mode is 1st person. Its fiction. The protagonist is a young boy named Danny Henderson.

The story starts when Danny Henderson Challenges Angel Mc Pherson , in a Charity contest to see who can shoot more free throws. Angel Mc Pherson is the best female shooter in the state of Idowa. Danny has a plan too only lose by a few shoots. Losing to a girl is embarrassing but , Danny tries to impress Angel and his friends inspires him to try hard. After he loses he then asks Angel Mc Pherson to teach him how to shoot.

Unfortunately, Angel didn’t have time to answer him, but does the next show more day. They start spending time together and end up learning about, love, Sports and high school drama when they start going out.

I Liked the Book How i fell in love and learned how to shoot free throws, its misleading you don’t really know that there going to date until it happens. This book is definitely for high school students. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars."
