Child of the Night

I'm re-reading this book because I finally got around to buying the 4th one in the serie a few months ago (and read other stuff since).

I in fact read the french translation of it.

I'm really enjoying it, she has some great description of feelings that are hard to describe.

I put a 4.5 stars rating because some of the writing of the main character is not what I would of liked.

I'm almost done with the first book and I'm enjoying the world that she created. Vampires have been a part of litterature for so long that it does take some courage to dare challenge it. I'm especially liking the siring process she elaborated, it's very different that other lores.

If you enjoy vampire and their world, do not hesitate to read this serie.
