Wow, wow, wow! This book is an account of 8 different women and their journeys through life and faith in God. The suffering, perseverance, and faith that they had during it all is incredible- both encouraging and convicting. I really enjoyed reading it (though it is sad to think that it is a reality and evil really is that evil) and would recommend it to anyone.

Eight women from eight very different backgrounds. Yet the struggles they each faced rang with eerie similarity. I like this collection of stories. There were times that I got a little lost or confused about the details, but the main message remained powerful.
